Fortunately for all of us forgetters out there, there are ways to boost memory power and enhance mental agility.
Things that can be avoided to help your memory:
- Drinking: Alcohol kills brain cells. The more you drink, the more brain cells you destroy. It also damages the nervous system.

- Toxins: Certain everyday household products like aluminum and fluoride are actually very toxic to the brain. Actually when the two above-mentioned products are combined the results are very toxic. Certain heavy metals such as lead and mercury have also been shown to hinder brain function.
- Convenience foods: These quick little snacks that are high in fat, high in sugar but low in nutritional value, also contain additives and preservatives that make them toxic to your brain.
